
Presenting a healthy vegetarian salad simply made with fresh veggies & Fruits.
Ingredients:
Fresh Tomato, Crunchy Cucumbers, Sweet Corn, Fresh Soft Beans, Carrots, Bell Pepper, Paneer Cube
Additional Taste Makers:
Apple, Black Grapes, , Black Pepper, Rock Salt, Fresh Lemon.
Dressing :
Onion, Turmeric, Honey, Olive oil, Salt, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves
Put all this in small mixture jar and make fine paste, add some water to give correct texture.
Method:
Cut all veggies, keep in bowl
Add some fruit and sprinkle black pepper, salt & squeeze lemon
Mix well and keep in serving plate, put dressing and decorate with mint leave
Serve with smile..
