Soya Zucchini Salad


Delicious Low Cholesterol Soya Zucchini salad.


Ingredients:

Soya chunks, Yellow and Green Zucchini, Purple Cabbage, Lime, olive oil. 


Additional Taste Makers:

Black Pepper, Rock Salt, Sesame seeds, Oregano.


Method: 

Boil Soya Chunk with pinch of salt, Remove water, Add lime and salt and black pepper. Cut Zucchini and shred cabbage. Put pan and add few drops of olive oil, add sesame seed, add zucchini and soya, soute.


Arrange cabbage in plate, add soya and zucchini.
